Cooking Instructions

Boil 750 ml water with 100 grams chicken half quantity of above carrot capsicum cabbage spring onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt.

Boil 30 minutes on low flame u can pressure cook 3 whistles them drain all the chicken vegetables set the stock aside and mash shred the chicken and vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and green chili saute few seconds then add the chicken stock we made earlier once it boils add the boiled chicken and vegetables add pepper powder salt tomato ketchup chili sauce soya sauce vinegar boil for 2 to minutes.

Add 2 tbsp cornflour mixed in a cup water keep mixking to avoid lumps once soup thicken add the beaten egg mixture slowly pour and mix it so that egg forms inside
Boil few minutes serve hot.
