Ingredients

  1. Aubergine
  2. 1/3 tspChilli powder
  3. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  5. salt
  6. 3 tbsprice flour
  7. 1/3 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the whole aubergine then cut thick slices(I made less then 1 cm 6 slices)

    Rub those slices with pinch of salt, sugar, chilli, haldi and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Leave for 15 to 20 min it will release some water,(mine didn’t maybe it was dry)

    In a bowl or plate put rice flour add little bit of salt and sugar if like add more spices, I added pinch of chilli and coriander powder

  5. 5

    Then coat this mixture on each side of aubergine shallow fry them in medium to low heat for 5 to 10 min, turn occasionally to cook through the middle, serve with rice
