  • 1 largeaubergine peeled cubed bitesized
  • 2zucchini halved and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tbspchili oil
  • 1 tspcrushed chili pepper seeds
  • 1 tspsesme oil
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/3 cupHeinz ketchup
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupShaolxing wine
  • 3 tbsprice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    heat olive oil add chili oil add grarlic the aubergine and zucchini

  2. 2

    add water spices every thing stir fry on high heat 5 minutes

  3. 3

    mix water 2 tablespoons and cornstarch together add solution to dish keep stirring enjoy
