    Firstly make batter of rava dosa as take rava(grinder it from mixer),curd, wheat flour and salt in container.

    Add water mix them well together and also add salt and covered it with plate kept it for 15-20mins.

    Side by take a pan add oil in it allows it to be hot and add all ingredients like cumine seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, funnel seeds, spilt roasted gram,karri patte, green chilli and then add onion also.

    Cook it until onion colour become brown light then add red chili powder, Turmeric powder and salt mix it well then add mashup boil potatoes.

    Cook it well at low flame garnish it with coriander leaves and side by take dosa pan clean it with oil drops and again with water and clean it well.

    Then put batter of dosa in middle of tawa speard it in round shape and cook it till brown colour appears from down side.

    Then add oil from side and in middle then speard potato masala and make it fold.

    Here delicious rava dosa is ready to serve.
