Egg Noodles With Chicken & Greens

Another delicious and easy noodle dish to try. I had some cabbage and spinach in the fridge so thought I'd add them in with some chicken and egg noodles. Turned out delicious, so here's how I made them.

Another delicious and easy noodle dish to try. I had some cabbage and spinach in the fridge so thought I'd add them in with some chicken and egg noodles. Turned out delicious, so here's how I made them.

Cooking Instructions

Heat up a wok over a high heat. Add in the chilli shrimp oil. Once nice and hot add the onion and chicken pieces. Fry for a couple of minutes until the onion softens a little.

Add in the cabbage and a pinch of salt. Toss everything together. Add the light and dark soy sauce. Stir fry for a minute then add the noodles and spinach leaves in.

Give everything a good toss together then serve up. Enjoy. :)
