Comforting Celery and Bacon Soup Comforting Celery and Bacon Soup
I was selected to become a product tester for a brand of vegetable juice that contains 20 vegetables. I used three of those - celery, carrot and mitsuba - to make the celery soup that we've been enjoying in our house for about 15 years.Use 1 large or 2 small soup stock cubes.Don't cook the soup for too long after adding the celery, in order to fully enjoy its flavor. You could use the celery leaves instead of the mitsuba. For 4 servings. Recipe by Cha-miru cookpad.japan -
Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu
I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Taiwanese meat soup is also called Rou Gen or Bah Gee in Taiwanese. Roy Geng Tong or Taiwanese meat soup doesn’t require any advanced cooking technique but the preparation can take quite some time because meat nugget is needed for this recipe. This is one of those dishes that every family has a slightly different version of. Like always, this recipe I share with you today is what I learn from my mom. Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -

I make tomato consommé soup quite often, but I really liked the texture of the tomato when I used a whole one.It tastes better if you simmer at low heat for 30 minutes, let it cool then reheat as the taste will soak in.It's also great as a chilled tomato soup. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan -

Bean Sprout and Lettuce Soup Bean Sprout and Lettuce Soup
I put crisp vegetables in consomme soup. It gave a very pleasing texture.■ Parboiling bean sprouts for 30 seconds, and cooking the lettuce with residual heat keeps the crisp texture.■ Since the bean sprouts have a high water content, you may need to add salt. For 2 generous servings. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan
