Ingredients

  1. 8 bread slices
  2. 2large potatoes boiled and peeled
  3. 1onion (chopped)
  4. 1tomato (chopped)
  5. 4 tspGreen chutney
  6. 4 tspSweet date and tamarind chutney
  7. 1/4 cupsev
  8. 1 tbsppomegranate kernels
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspchat massala

Cooking Instructions

    Using small round cookie cutter cut roundels from white bread slices and press them lightly.

    Place them in a non-stick pan apply butter and toast them till golden brown and crisp.

    Arrange the bread roundels on a serving plate, apply green chutney on bread and put potato slices over it and apply sweet date and tamarind chutney over it.

    Place some onions and tomatoes on each bread.

    Again top it with tamarind chutney, green chutney, coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate kernels. Sprinkle chat massala and red chilli powder on it. Serve it.
