Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl mix all the ingredients with spices and make katori shape potato mixture and keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.

Take a plate and cover the katori shape cutlet in bambino and again keep it in fridge for 10 min.

Deep fry the katori shape cutlet and keep aside
Mash the paneer add salt and pepper. - 4
Roll into small balls and deep fry
Decorate with spinach leaves and grated carrot.
