Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsrolled oats
  2. As neededhoney
  3. As neededolive oil
  4. 2 cupsAll-Bran
  5. 1 cuppumpkin or sunflower seeds
  6. 1 cupcoconut flakes
  7. 1 cupnuts (I used flaked almonds)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the rolled oats in a roasting pan. Drizzle with honey and olive oil. Toastbin oven for 5-10 minutes.

    Add the All-Bran, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and nuts. Generously drizzle with honey and olive oil.

    Mix it together and bake for 10-15 minutes occasionally mixing.

    Enjoy with plain full cream yoghurt.
