Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped vegetables
  4. 2 tablespoonspeanuts
  5. 1 tablespoonsoil
  6. 6-8curry leaves
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 pinchasafoetida /hing
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take the poha in a bowl. Wash them well for 2-3 times. Soak in water for 30 seconds. drain the water cover and keep it aside.

    Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds in it. Let it pop up. Add hing, curry leaves, peanuts and saute 1-2minutes then add finely chopped onion and green chilli saute 2-3 minutes.

    Now add finely chopped all veggies mix well add salt, turmeric powder mix well.

    Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. After that add soaked poha in it, add salt stir well.

    Cover and cook on low heat 4-5 minutes. After that add chopped coriander leaves.

    Poha are ready. Take poha in a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
