  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 1 tsp ginger
  5. 4-6 garlic pods
  6. 2Green chillies
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tbsp curd
  10. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 8-10 saffron
  13. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 pinchorange colour
  15. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  16. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  17. 2 tbsp butter

Cooking Instructions

    Wash peel and grate onion, ginger garlic and tomato.

    Cut paneer in small pieces and marinate it with curd, grated garlic, red chilli, salt and orange food colour.

    Slightly shallow fry till crispie.

    Heat cooking oil on a griddle. Add butter. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add onion and saute till golden brown colour. Mix all dry masale. Add saffron strands. Add grated tomato and sauté for a minute or till it gets dry.

    Now add marinated paneer pieces and stir well till all masala mixes with paneer. Add kasuri methi. Switch off the flame.

    Serve hot with paratha or puri.
