Ghee on a tawa. Add the ajwain and fry them a for a few seconds.

Add onion and saute till translucent. Add the ginger garlic past, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum and saute for about 4 minutes.

Then add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and Pav bhaji masala and dry mango powder. Stir and saute for about a minute.

Add the tomatoes past and stir.season with salt and saute with stirring at intervals.

Saute till you see ghee rleasing from the sides and the masala has thickened a bit.this takes about 10 to 15 minutes on a low flame. If the tomatoes masala looks dry,Then add 2to 3 tsp of water and continue to cook.

Add the paneer cubes and stir well. So that the masala coats the paneer cubes evenly.

Cook the paneer for 3to 4 minutes. The add kasuri methi. Stir very well and switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped coriander levels and serve naan chapati.
