Heat oil. When its heated, add cumin seeds. It starts to splutter. Add cloves, black pepper, bay leaf and cinnamon. Saute for a minute.

Add onion, tomato, garlic and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes until it turns soft. Cool it down.

Transfer it into mixer jar. Add curd and blend into a paste.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee. When its heated add above paste. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add all powdered spices such as turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala. Mix all. Add kitchen king masala. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add paneer cubs. Mix in gravy. Add 1 cup water or as per required the consistency of gravy.

Add kasoori methi. Mix it. Cover lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes in low flame. Add 1 tsp ghee lastly.

Paneer masala is ready. Serve with roti or naan or phulka or chapati or jeera rice.
