Ingredients

  1. 1 cupOil
  2. 1big Onions
  3. 1 tbspcumin
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 4-5cloves
  6. 4-5round black pepper
  7. 2-3sinimon sticks
  8. 2big cardomoms
  9. 4-5tomatoes
  10. 1/2 kgPotatoes
  11. 1 bowlpeas
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tbspBhuna masala
  14. 3-4Curry leaves
  15. 1chicken stock cube
  16. 1 kgsoaked rice
  17. 3-4green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil and onions in a pan and golden brown them then add cumin in it when onions golden brown

    Then add g.g paste and 1/2 cup of water and then add cloves, black pepper, sinimonsticks,and cardomoms and broil

    Then add tomato slices,peas and potatoes and broil for 5 mints

    Then add salt and Bhuna masala and then add water

  5. 5

    Then add curry leaves and stock cube cover and let it cook until potatoes tenderise it will take almost 40 to 45 mints

    Then soak rice for 15 to 20 mints then when potatoes tenderise then add soaked rice and green chillies and let it cook until water dried

  7. 7

    Then when water dried then put it on Dum for 5 mints and then sprinkle Coriander and serve with Raita and salad...
