Ingredients

  2. 7 tbspsugar or to taste
  3. 2-3Green Cardamon (Elaichi)
  4. 1/4 cupAlmond peeled n chopped
  5. PinchZafran
  6. 5 tbspSoji

Cooking Instructions

    Add soji in half cup of milk mix well set aside

    In a pot add milk, sugar and Cardamon n cook until milk become boil

  3. 3

    Now add soak soji n stir it
    And add zafran and almond
    Cook until it become thick

  4. 4

    Drop 2 3 drops of dessert in bowl for check if it set pour into a serving bowl and Sprinkle with crushed coconut let it cool.

    Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hrs
