Ingredients

  1. Boiled yam (mashed)
  2. Grated scotch bonnet and onions
  3. Seasoning
  4. Spices
  5. Sardines mashed
  6. Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Put mashed yam in a big bowl

  2. 2

    Melt some butter and add scotch bonnet and onions and sauté for a while. Add seasoning and spices to taste

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into mashed yam and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Form into balls and set aside

  5. 5

    Deep fry
