Ingredients

15 minutes
4 person
  1. 5eggs
  2. 1medium onion sliced
  3. 1small potato chopped
  4. 1Green chilli chopped
  5. 1/2 cupmix capsicum
  6. 3,4Mushrooms sliced
  7. Handfulspinach
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli
  10. 1 teaspoongaram masala

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes

    Heat the pan add oil on low flame, add onion spring onion potato, 3 colour capsicum,

    Green chilli, red chilli, garam masala salt, ginger and garlic powder add spinach and cilantro leaves. Mix together and soute 2,3 minutes

    Crack the eggs and drop on vegetables, follow the pictures shown, cover with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.

    If you don't want half fry egg then cook it more.
    Cut the pieces for serve
    And serve in plate.
