Ingredients

60 minutes
10 to 12 servin
  1. 2 kgguraday (lamb kidneies)
  2. 5medium size chopped onion
  3. 6small chopped tomatoes
  4. 4-5green chill chopped
  5. 1 tablespoongarlic paste
  6. 1 tablespoonginger paste
  7. 1large ginger peeled and thinly sliced
  8. Halfcup thinly cut coriander
  9. Halfcup thinly cut mint
  10. 2 tablespoonred cilli powder
  11. 1 tablespoonDhania powder
  12. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoonajwaein
  14. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  15. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  16. Salt according to the taste
  17. 4 tablespoonoil
  18. Water for boiling

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each of the gurada in four parts, so they are smaller

    Chop onion and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Cut the leaves of mint and coriander into small thin pieces, pee and slices the ginger and chop the green chillis

    In a large bowl boil guraday add 2 tablespoon oil and ginger, garlic paste

  5. 5

    When the gurdas are done, pour the remaining water in a large pan and add chopped tomatoes and onions, cook them with all the remaining masalas

    Cut the ginger in thin slices add guraday in the gravy and cook on low flame for 20 minutes until the oil separate completely, garnish with ginger green, chill, mint and coriander

    Delicious and yummy takatuk is ready. My family really enjoyed it a lot 😋
