Ingredients

10- 15 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 5-6chocolate biscuits packet
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1 packeteno
  5. 300 gmsAbout dark chocolate
  6. 1 packetAmul fresh cream
  7. Some silver balls for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First crush biscuits in a grinder, grind them. Add 2 cups of milk again grind.

    Heat a Kadai, put a stand, cover it and preheat for 3-4 mins.

    Shift biscuit mix in a bowl, add 2 tsp sugar mix and add eno, some milk on eno(1tsp). Mix. put this batter in a greased container.

    Put this in preheated Kadai, cover, and cook for 15-20 mins. Check it with a tooth pic. take out, cool, and de-mould it. Then cut into 3 layers.

    Make sugar syrup, for take some water in a bowl, add 2 tsp powder sugar and mix.

    Then crush chocolate in a bowl, microwave it for 1 min, add cream, and again microwave for 30 sec and mix. chocolate ganache is ready.

    Put some ganache in the fridge for setting. Then take a board or plate, put one layer of cake, spread sugar syrup and chocolate ganache. then put the second layer repeat the same, then put the third layer, repeat same. Pour some ganache on top. spread it with help of a scrapper. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour for the set.

    Now take out remain ganache from the fridge, beat it, and put it in a piping bag. Make designs of your choice on the cake. sprinkle some silver balls on it.

    Keep in the fridge for setting. Cut and serve.
