Eggs for breakfast has been a family preference for years! Scrambled eggs were the popular choice, but recently we switched to these omelette muffins. They are easier to make because you don't have to constantly be on top of the pan, you can bake multiple at the same time and you can stuff them with whatever you want! 🍳👩‍🍳

Ingredients

  1. 12eggs
  2. 60 mlmilk
  3. to tastesalt
  4. Filling #1
  5. spinach
  6. tomatoes
  7. feta cheese
  8. Filling #2
  9. feta cheese
  10. red pepper
  11. Filling #3
  12. sausage
  13. grated cheddar

Cooking Instructions

    Add the eggs and the milk in a bowl, and mix until combined.

    Grease a nonstick muffin pan.

  3. 3

    Pour an equal amount of egg mixture into each muffin cup (do not over fill so there is room for the fillings).

  4. 4

    Add in each muffin cup salt and your favourite fillings. Remember to slice your fillings in small pieces so they spread inside each muffin.

  5. 5

    Bake in the preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for about 20 minutes (until golden brown).
