Ingredients

500 gmPotato
15 gmGarlic
Carrot
15 gmCorriandar
5 gmCrushed chilli
Salt as per taste
2 gmBlack pepper crushed
5 gmChicken powder
5 gmCumin seed crushed
2Egg
Bread crums
Corriandar crushed dry

Cooking Instructions

Boil potato in a bowl peel and mash them, now add all other spices in it and mix well.

Now shape them in cutlets shape

Then coat the cutlets in egg and then in bread crums and deep fry them
