Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add rice flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt, and oil.

Mix well and add hot water little by little as required.

Knead well and prepare a stiff and smooth dough.

Now take chakli maker and grease with oil.

Grease hand with oil. Make a roll with dough and fill the chakli maker with the rolled dough.

Take a plate and grease with oil or you can use butter paper over it.

Roll chakli maker slowly to make chakli. Press and seal the edge of the chakli.

Heat oil for deep frying. Fry on medium flame until golden crisp.

Flip and fry on both sides on medium flame. Take out on a strainer to remove excess oil.

Store in an air-tight container for 1 month.

Instant Chakli is ready to Serve.
