Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 1big onion chopped
  4. 2chopped carrots
  5. 1/2 cupcurd
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2chopped green chilli
  8. as requiredWater
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1 tspsesame seeds
  11. 4-6curry leaves
  12. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  13. 1/2 tspHaldi / turmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix semolina and gram flour in a vessel. Add chopped vegetables and spices. Add curd and mix well. Add spices to it.

    Now add required water to make a better.

    Heat a heavy bottom kadhai add oil in it.add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.

    Add 3 laddle full of batter to the pan.cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame till golden.

    After 5 minute flip it and cook from another side for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Place it in a plate. Serve hot with chutney.
