This is one easy- peasy recipe which gets done quickly and is loved by everyone at home.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel potatoes Cut thin round slices Soak them in cold water Take a pan, add oil let it heat up to smoking point. Switch off the flame

Once the temp of oil is cooled down again heat up the pan Add cumin seeds Add the masalas when cumin crackles

Stir a bit and add potato slices(without water) Give a stir and cover the pan with a lid

Let it cook till potatoes are done In between stir gently to avoid burning and breaking of potato slices

When done garnish with coriander leaves
- 6
Serve hot with paratha or roti.
