Ingredients

  1. Rafhan custard
  2. Rafhan jelly
  3. Olper cream
  4. 5 tbspSugar
  5. 1 cupMango chunks
  6. Cake cubes cut
  7. 2 cupsMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Boil two cups of water in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Empty all the contents of the packet into boiling water stir till dissolved

  3. 3

    Pour the Mixture into a mould and allowed to cool at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for setting

    Now separate Jelly from sides of mould using knife gently shake and invert mould carefully over serving dish

  5. 5

    Add 2 tbsp of rafhan custard powder in half cup of milk and make a paste

  6. 6

    Mix 4 tablespoon of sugar in 2 cups milk and bring to boil

  7. 7

    Add custard paste to boiling milk and cook while stirming and till texture is thick and smooth then refrigerate

    Beat the cream until smooth

  9. 9

    Take a serving dish
    Firstly spread custard add cake cubes and mango chunks
    2nd spread the jelly and at last spread the beat cream
