Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 250 gdried pasta
  2. 1large carrot diced
  3. 2medium sized onions diced
  4. 2bell peppers thinly sliced
  5. 500 gchicken diced
  6. Large handful of mushrooms diced
  7. 1 cupfrozen garden peas
  8. 300 mldouble cream
  9. 1 cupgrated cheese
  10. 1Old el paso smokey BBQ fajita seasoning
  11. 1 teaspooncajun seasoning
  12. Halfa table spoon of garlic granules
  13. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  14. 1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  15. 1 teaspoonsweet paprika
  16. 1 teaspooncrushed chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Dice up the carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms and chicken

  2. 2

    Add them to the pan and start to sauté them until the veggies are soft

  3. 3

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt

  4. 4

    Then add your pasta, let it cook

  5. 5

    In your sauce pan, after everything has softened add in your spices and let it cook for another 2 mins

    Then add in half your cheese and mix

  7. 7

    After the cheese add in your cream and bring to a boil

  8. 8

    Let it simmer for about 5 mins

    When the pasta is finished cooking drain and add back into the pot

    Add your meat and veg mixture to the pot and stir

  11. 11

    Transfer the pasta to an oven safe baking dish, make sure its evenly spread

  12. 12

    Add the last of your cheese on top as well as a sprinkle of your spices

  13. 13

    Place in a pre heated oven at 200°c for about 15-20mins spending on how crunchy you would like the top layer, once it's golden brown remove

    Let it sit for about 15mins

    Cut into slices and serve
