    Sprouted Moth Chaat Recipe:
    Rinse and drain ½ cup of Moth beans 2times. Soak the dal in drinking water. Water should be 2twice the quantity of moth..cover dal n keep it for rest for 10 to 12 hrs

    Strain the dal to dain out water...wash with drinking water...now to make sprouts wrap it in wet towel in a seive..you can hang upward down in a tap..

    Now check after 15 hrs..sprouts come out of cloth...now in a cooker put these sprouts add water haldi n salt n keep it for boil..it will come in one whistle..

    Now put sprouts in a bowl add tomato potato..chillies..chat masala n spices..mix them well..sprouts salad is ready..n healthy...
