Baby potatoes in the oven

Ingredients

  1. baby potatoes
  2. salt, pepper
  3. paprika
  4. garlic
  5. rosemary
  6. olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Do not peel the potatoes. Just wash them very very well. Cut them in half or in 4, depending on how big they are. Just make sure that your pieces are somewhat of the same size

    Put them in a bowl. Add all the spices and herbs you want (fresh or dried) and some olive oil. Mix until the potatoes are coated. I have not written the exact amounts, because it really depends on your taste. Be generous! As for the olive oil, you don't need much, just to thinly coat the potatoes.

    Spread them on a tray (that you have covered with a cooking paper). Make sure they don't overlap. Bake them for about 30-60 min - 190ºC, (depending on your oven and the size of the potatoes), until they are golden brown and crispy! Enjoy!
