Cooking Instructions

Wash palak properly and boil it.and blend it.

Cut onion and fry it.

Now blend fry onion and tomato

Take one pan add oil.add ginger garlic green chillies paste now cook it for 1 min now cook it by adding onion tomato paste

Now add salt Red chilli powder garam masala now add blend palak in the pan.

You can add water if required then cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes

Now add paneer cubes in the palak again cover it and 5-7 minutes

Now your palak paneer is ready to eat.

Our favorite restaurant was Pakeeza's at Right Angle in Seksyen 14, which is still there and it’s my turn now to take him and my mum whenever I visit home.
