Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 cuppaneer (Indian cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoonchopped green chili
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonred chili powder
  • 1 tablespooncoriander-cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the spinach.

  2. 2

    Blend the spinach into a paste.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and add oil.

  4. 4

    Add the green chili and ginger-garlic paste.

  5. 5

    Add the onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add the tomatoes and all the spices.

  7. 7

    Add the spinach paste and paneer, then serve with roti.
