The shape of the kabab resembles to that of the canons or "golas", that is why it is named Gola Kabab.

Ingredients

  1. 1 poundmutton mince
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspginger powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspchaat masala powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tbspgram flour
  10. 1 tspcornflour
  11. 1/2 cupfried onion
  12. 1 tbsphung curd
  13. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  14. 1 tbspginger paste
  15. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  16. 1 tbspraw papaya paste
  17. 1 tbsplemon juice
  18. 1Charcoal (for smokey flavour)
  19. as needed Oil for frying
  20. as requiredOnion rings and fried green chillies for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In an electric grinder add all the ingredients mentioned above.

  2. 2

    Give a smoke to the kabab mixture.

  3. 3

    Make round balls of kabab, with the help of a skewer make a hole in the centre.

  4. 4

    Give it an oval shape and remove the skewer.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs from all sides until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Garnish it with onion rings and fried green chillies.
