Ingredients

18 - 22 min.
1 Person
  1. 100 gSelf-raising Flour
  2. Halfa tsp. Salt
  3. 1 tspSmall amount Baking Powder
  4. 5 sprigsRosemary
  5. 4 clovesGarlic
  6. 100 gGreek Yoghurt (4 small Dessert Spoons)
  7. 2 tbsp.Olive Oil
  8. Extra Self-raising Flour too lightly dust dough ball
  9. Olive Oil too grease baking tray and top raw bread
  10. Some twists of Sea Salt over the bread before oven

Cooking Instructions

18 - 22 min.
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 8. Mix the dry ingredients together and then add finely chopped Garlic Cloves and raw Rosemary, maybe Rosemary preserved within a jar of Olive Oil.

  2. 2

Add enough Greek Yoghurt too form a big dough ball, knead, can add Olive Oil too prevent sticking, a bit more Self-raising Flour maybe.Allow dough ball too rest, but you don't have too.

  3. 3

Might need too divide the dough into 2 dough balls.Make a dough ball into a flat raw bread dough and bake it on a Baking Tray until it is done. Do prick fork marks in the flattened raw bread dough before baking it in the oven

  4. 4

Note: A small teaspoon of Baking Powder to every 100g of Self-raising Flour, must be careful not to use too much salt, might be best to knead the dough without the Rosemary and Garlic in
