Ingredients

  1. Halfkg suji
  2. Halfkg ghee
  3. 1 kgwater
  4. 1 kgsugar
  5. 400 gmalmond
  6. 8-10cardamom
  7. 6 tbsfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    First of all make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar and Half of the cardamom and set it aside

  2. 2

    Then heat the ghee and add remaining cardamoms and add suji

  3. 3

    Fry it until light golden brown colour

  4. 4

    Stir it continuously.
    When the suji leaves the edges add sugar syrup very carefully

  5. 5

    Mix well and cook again then add fresh cream and cook for 10 mins

  6. 6

    When the suji completely leaves the corner and the ghee comes out off the flame and garnish with sliced almonds
