Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted semia
  2. 3 cupsmilk
  3. Handfulhalved cashews
  4. 5 podscrushed cardamom
  5. Saffron soaked in milk
  6. 0.5-0.75 cupcondensed milk

Cooking Instructions

    Saute cashews in a 1 tbsp ghee. Take out cashews

  2. 2

    Saute semia.

  3. 3

    Add milk and boil. When semia is cooked, add sugar and milkmaid

  4. 4

    Add safron and crushed cardamom (5 pods) and cashew. Mix and take off heat
