Cooking Instructions

Soak rice overnight and wash it in the evening blend into a nice smooth paste.

In the night you add in yeast and mix it we'll do not add water, cover and keep in a warm place,

In the morning before frying it add sugar and baking powder,if it's too thick you may add little water,mix and cover for 5mins

Heat your Masa pan and pour 1teaspoon of oil to each hole, and pour the Masa batter, let it Cook for some minutes in medium heat then flip the other side

Cook for another minutes or until all the side are golden brown, you remove from heat and set on a kitchen paper to drain excess oil.

You can serve warm or cool with any soup or groundnuts pepper (kulikuli) or you can have it as snack with tea.
