Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1 bunchfresh methi leaves
  2. as per tasteSalt
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1 teaspoonRed Chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoondry mango powder
  8. Pinchhing
  9. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  10. 2 tablespooncurd
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar or powdered jaggery
  12. 1/2 cupbesan flour
  13. 1.5 cupswhole wheat flour
  14. as neededWater
  15. 1 teaspoonoil
  16. As requiredGhee for cooking
  17. as required Dry flour as required for rolling

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and wash the methi leaves.
    Chop them and add all the spices and curd.
    Add flour and oil and knead a medium soft dough using water.

    Roll like a chapati and apply some melted ghee all over.
    Serve with achar or a cup of tea
