Made these when my GF mother-in-law came for dinner. They were so so good that I might make these instead of the more traditional plain flour ones in future! Really very hard to tell the difference as they are so light and fluffy! andrassy -

Yorkshire Puddings are a staple part of the British roast dinner. They're basically made of a savoury pancake batter which can be pretty tricky with both gluten free flour and no egg but I think I've cracked it! Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

Yorkshire Pudding Yorkshire Pudding
Traditionally served with rib-roast meals since the roast itself renders lots of beef drippings from cooking - a key ingredient! It makes for a very nice accompaniment to a special holiday meal; however it can be made throughout the year using other drip substitutes or fat. This recipe (for ~8) utilizes the warm batter method for consistent height and texture, with crisper puddings and a hollow core. Rick M -
