  4. 2"piece Ginger
  5. 6flakes Garlic
  6. 1Green chilli
  7. 1 teaspoonCoriander leaves chopped
  8. to taste Salt
  9. to taste Turmeric powder
  10. to taste Red chilli powder
  11. 1 tspCumin seeds
  12. 1 tspGaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspCoriander seeds powder
  14. 2 tspKasoori methi
  15. 4 tspCooking Oil
  16. As required Water

    Wash and Soak lobhiya in 4 bowls of water for half an hour.

    Now pressure cook lobhiya till three whistles or five minutes after first whistle.

    Meanwhile grind onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and green chilli to a smooth paste in a mixer.

    Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ground paste into the karahi and cook for 5 minutes or till oil leaves the karahi. Add kasoori methi and stir well.

    Add this bhuna masala in cooker of lobhiya and pressure cook till three whistles again. Switch off the flame.

    Yummy protein rich lobhiya is ready to serve.

    Serve hot with chapatti and garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
