Steps

First soak chaamp in hot water so it becomes softened to cut easily just for 7 to 8 minutes

Now fry individually in a pan lightly.no need to deep fry.they are all set

Now in same pan take less oil.we can make mixture of olive and vegetable oil.roast cumin seeds ginger garlic and then add onion

Just saute the onion then add all the spices together and roast for one minute then add tomatoes

Now add little bit water and stir the curry for atleast 20 minute at very low flame until it looks red and keep separating oil

Now add ready soy chaamp and add slightly water and again stir for mixing well

Garnish with coriander leaves is optional.enjoy homemade soy chaamp.we can add some cream or coconut milk too to make creamy
