These Spring Rolls are loaded with yummy Cheese and Vegetables. You will love these amazing goodies that are easy and quick to make in just a few moments. I have used readymade Sheets for these but they can be made very easily even at home.
The choice of spices is totally your own. And you can use your favourite Vegetables as well.
Use of Cheese is absolutely a yummy idea. I have used Cheddar in these Rolls. Any good choice of Cheese can be used.
A perfect snack for any day and a must at tea-time. They make a great combo with Tea or Coffee.

Cooking Instructions

Mix cheese and the other ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and the filling is ready.

Place a tablespoon of filling on the wrapper at one side and fold it from both the sides and rolling it until the edge and then sealing it with little flour paste. (For the flour paste, mix water and flour to a thick paste)

Deep fry all on high heat for 2 minutes turning them well. Each batch is done is 2-3 minutes. As these sheets are thin and pre cooked, so these are done very quickly.

Serve them hot with chilli tomato sauce.
