Take one bole to add bason salt turmeric powder Kasuri methi and red chili powder. Mix it with water and make pakora. Rest for 5 to 7 minutes then again mix it properly.

Take one non-stick Pan add oil and make pakoda and keep aside. Take another Big Bowl add 1 teaspoon besan and then add curd and buttermilk. Makes it properly it should be lumps-free.

Take one big heavy bottom Kadai. Add oil weight for 1 minute then add methi seeds mustard seeds jeera turmeric powder and curry leaves. For the card mixture into Kadai and keep stirring until it's a boil. After one boil ads for coders and keep stirring for 5 to 7 minutes then add salt.
