Cooking Instructions

Wash the poha in a strainer & keep aside.
Heat oil. Add cumins seeds, mustard seeds, hing, green chilli & onion to it. Sauté it. - 2
Add tomato, capsicum & all the spices. cook till tomatoes get soft.

Add 2-3 tbsp water & mix well.. then add poha & mix. add coriander leaves to it.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds while serving.
Enjoy hot hot poha with hot hot tea as your morning breakfast.
