Ingredients

  1. 2 Cuppoha
  2. 2Chopped onion
  3. 2Chopped tomato
  4. 1chopped capsicum
  5. 2-3chopped green chillies
  6. 1lemon
  7. 1 tspcoriander
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 1/4 tsphing
  12. 1 tspred chili powder
  13. 1/2 tsp black salt
  14. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  15. As per tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 teaspoonraw mango powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the poha in a strainer & keep aside.
    Heat oil. Add cumins seeds, mustard seeds, hing, green chilli & onion to it. Sauté it.

    Add tomato, capsicum & all the spices. cook till tomatoes get soft.

    Add 2-3 tbsp water & mix well.. then add poha & mix. add coriander leaves to it.

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds while serving.
    Enjoy hot hot poha with hot hot tea as your morning breakfast.
