Ingredients

30 minutes
6 mushrooms
  1. 6braai/portobello mushrooms
  2. 200 ggrated cheddar cheese
  3. 250 gmedium fat cream cheese
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 3 tablespoonschopped chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine and mix the cream cheese and chives. Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature so its easy to mix. Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms

  2. 2

    Season the mushroom with salt before you stuff them with the cheese mixture

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of each mushroom and add to a preheated oven. Bake until the cheese starts to brown.

  4. 4

    Remove and serve. Its also perfect for reheating
