Ingredients

  1. 750 littrsFull cream milk
  2. 6 pcsCrumble rasgulla
  3. as requiredFew drops ice cream essence,
  4. 2 drops white rose essence
  5. 6 TbspSakkar
  6. as required Handful chopped kaju

Cooking Instructions

    Heat milk in a heavy bottom kadai

  2. 2

    Stir milk in every interval so that milk will not stick to the kadai

  4. 4

    While milk is reduced add essence

  5. 5

    Keep stirring in regular intervals,add sakkar

  6. 6

    After adding sakkar stir frequent,now add crumble rasgulla

  7. 7

    Mix chopped kaju.mix well now turn off gas.serve chilled kheer
