Sometimes when any guest has come and we are in hurry and not much time to prepare it. so this is the best way to cook it in a pressure cooker with some basic ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmspaneer
  2. 2 cupsgreen peas
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsponion paste
  5. 2 big tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1 tspginger paste
  9. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspred Chilli powder
  12. As Per TasteSalt
  13. 4-5 tbspoil
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  15. Some coriander leaves
  16. 1black cardamom
  17. 2green cardamoms
  18. 1 inch cinnamon
  19. 2cloves
  20. 1 tspcumin seeds,
  21. 5-6 pepper corns,
  22. 2bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First, take a pressure cooker and add oil to heat it. Add whole spices when they pop up add finely chopped onion and onion paste. saute until it turns golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green Chilli. Saute for a minute

    Take coriander powder, red Chilli powder and turmeric powder in a bowl add some water, and make a paste. when onion and ginger garlic paste are cooked add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook for a minute. Then add spices and paste. mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes

    Add green peas mixed well. Add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the oil has separated add half a cup of water cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    Cut the paneer into cubes. open the cooker add paneer pieces mix gently. add the garam masala powder and coriander leaves. Mix and give it a boil. turn off the flame. serve it with roti or paratha
