Ingredients

4 people
  1. 2 CupsPlain Flour
  2. 3Large Eggs
  3. PinchSalt
  4. TbsOlive Oil
  5. 2Tabs water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all your dry ingredients together.

    Put the flour mixture on a clean work surface that is slightly dusted with flour& make a hole in the center.

    Add your eggs & oil in the flour hole that you made.

  4. 4

    Mix the liquids in the hole using a fork then start incoperating the flour at the sides a little bit at a time till mixture is thick enough to mix by hand.

    After the dough is mixed and thick knead for about 12 min & form a smooth round ball..

    Cover the dough in cling wrap & rest for minimum 30min.

    Cut the ball in two parts and work with one half first.

    Roll out into nice long rectangle & sprinkle some flour. Make sure it's very thin.

    Fold over as in the image below.

  10. 10

    Cut thin strips and cook or store as desired.
