  1. 200 gramsground pork (200 grams daging babi giling)
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, thinly sliced (3 siung bawang putih, iris halus)
  3. 3 clovesshallots, thinly sliced (3 siung bawang merah, iris halus)
  4. 4Thai chili, or to taste, thinly sliced (4 cabai rawit, sesuai selera, iris halus)
  5. 1 teaspoonbrown sugar (1 sendok teh gula merah)
  6. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce (1 sendok makan kecap asin)
  7. 1 teaspoonfish sauce (1 sendok teh kecap ikan)
  8. 1 pinchsalt (sejumput garam)
  9. 1/4 teaspoonground white pepper (1/4 sendok teh bubuk lada putih)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonmushroom seasoning powder (1/2 sendok teh bubuk kaldu jamur)
  11. 1 tablespoonwater (1 sendok makan air)
  12. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil)
  13. 30basil leaves. (30 lembar daun basil)

Cara Membuat

    Over a medium heat, pour vegetable oil into a medium frying pan. (Di atas api sedang, panaskan minyak goreng dalam penggorengan ukuran sedang)

    Sauté garlic, shallots and Thai chili until fragrant. (Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai wangi)

    Add in ground pork and stir fry for 2 minute. (Masukkan daging babi giling dan aduk selama 2 menit)

    Add soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, ground white pepper, salt and mushroom seasoning powder. Stir for 1 minute until the meat fully coated. (Masukkan kecap ikan, kecap asin, gula merah, bubuk lada putih, garam dan bubuk kaldu jamur. Aduk selama 1 menit sampai bumbu tercampur merata)

    Add in water and stir for 1 minute. (Masukkan air dan aduk selama 1 menit)

    Stir in basil leaves until wilted. (Masukkan daun basil dan aduk sampai daun basil layu)

  7. 7

    Remove from the heat. (Matikan api kompor)

    Enjoy with hot steamed rice 😋😋😋
