  1. 15-20Pooris
  2. 2boiled, mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupboiled white vatana
  4. as required Everest pani poori masala
  5. as required, some boondi for taste

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2 cups cold water & add masala as require, & as per taste, & boondi.

    Cook boiled vatana for 5-6 minutes adding salt, haldi powder

  3. 3

    Break poori with finger. Make hole,. Fill potato,vatana. Dip in masala water & enjoy.
