Ingredients

  1. 2big potatoes
  2. 1medium size onion
  3. 2small size tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspgreen chili
  5. 1chopped capsicum (shimla)
  6. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tspred chili flakes
  9. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspkalonji
  12. 1/2 tspshan ka achar gosht masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly,add oil into the pan and fry onion until it gets golden brown. Once onion get golden brown add tomatoes, green chili,salt, Red chili flakes, kalonji,garam masala,shan masala, turmeric powder and some water and cook until oil get separate.

    Once our masala is done add potatoes and shimla mirch into it and cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Now add some water into it and cover it for 10-15 minutes on low-medium flame.

    After that uncover the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until oil gets separate.

    Aloo shimla is ready to eat.
