  2. 30 mlPlant Butter
  3. 5 mlWhite Vinegar
  4. 125 mlWater
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 250 mlCaster Sugar
  7. 15 mlApricot Jam
  8. 300 mlGluten-free Flour
  9. 5 mlBaking Soda
  10. 1 mlSalt
  11. Sauce
  12. 250 mlOrley Whip
  13. 125 mlPlant Butter
  14. 125 mlSugar
  15. 125 mlDessert Wine

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Over low heat in a saucepan heat the Plant Butter, Vinegar and Water until the butter is melted.

    Whisk the Eggs, Caster Sugar and Apricot Jam.

    Whisk the butter mixture into the egg mixture.

  5. 5

    Add in the Gluten-free Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.

    Place batter in a prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

    10 minutes prior to the pudding coming out of the oven. Bring to boil over medium-high heat the Orley Whip, Plant Butter, Sugar and Dessert Wine.

    Take the pudding out of the oven and stab it with a table knife multiple times.

    Pour the sauce over the pudding and set a side untill the liquid is absorbed.

    Serve with Custard.
